1. The service

Koraneza lets you deposit USDT from your FaucetPay account, convert USDT to Rwandan Francs (RWF) or Burundian Francs (BIF) at the rate shown in the app, and withdraw RWF to MTN Mobile Money or Airtel Money in Rwanda, or BIF to Lumicash or EcoCash in Burundi.

2. Your account

You must give your real name and a phone number you own. Keep your password private. You are responsible for all activity on your account.

3. Deposits

Deposits are made through FaucetPay's checkout. Your balance is credited only after FaucetPay confirms the payment.

4. Swaps

The USDT to RWF and USDT to BIF rates are set by Koraneza and shown before you confirm. Completed swaps cannot be reversed.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are reviewed before payment. Check the receiving number carefully: money sent to a number you entered by mistake cannot be recovered. If a request is rejected, the amount is returned to your RWF balance with the reason.

6. Fair use

We may block accounts involved in fraud, abuse, multiple accounts or illegal activity, and may hold funds while we investigate.

7. Changes

We may update these terms, limits and fees. Changes are shown in the app.
